What is the Election Committee?
The Election Committee plays a crucial role in the recruitment process for key positions within the association. They are responsible for not only identifying and recruiting individuals for positions on the Board, but also supporting and assisting with the recruitment efforts for all other positions within the association. This includes Ekonomernas Dagar, a significant event within the association, as well as the recruitment of the generals for Fadderiet.
The Election Committee is dedicated to ensuring that the best and most qualified candidates are selected for these important roles, by utilizing their knowledge and experience in the recruitment process. They work diligently to identify individuals with the necessary skills, qualifications, and passion to succeed in these roles and contribute to the success of the association.

Joining the Fadderiet team as a General is a superb opportunity to take a leadership role in organizing a fun and exciting introduction program for new students. As a General, you’ll work closely with the Project Group to plan and execute a wide range of events and activities that help new students feel welcome and connected to the student community.
You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including coordinating with other members of the Project Group, communicating with students, and managing logistics for the different events. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
If you’re passionate about helping new students feel at home, love working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and have experience in event planning or leadership, then becoming a Fadderiet General may be the perfect fit for you.
