We’re recruiting 2 Project Leaders for the Equity Research Group (ERG) for the Fall Semester 2025.
The Equity Research Group (ERG) is a project within the Finance Society that provides students with practical experience in equity research. Members develop skills in company and industry analysis, valuation, and report writing, with the end goal of producing professional equity reports published on our website. The ERG is designed for ambitious students who want to gain practical experience in equity research and build a strong foundation for a career in finance.
As a Project Leader, you will play a key role in organizing and leading the ERG. Your responsibilities include guiding analysts in their research, structuring the group’s workflow, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality reports. The role offers an excellent opportunity to build leadership experience while deepening your expertise in equity research.
